Nice to meet you.
I'm Mike Pniewski. Actor. Coach. Dad.
And I know pressure. It's midnight on a multi-million dollar film set and I'm acting opposite Denzel Washington. The producers and director are all watching the monitors,
and I cannot f*** up.
In show business, like in many businesses, time is money- a lot of money. We have to be smart with how we spend our time, we have to embrace change and we have to prepare, strategize, and then be ready for our moment.
So when they call "Action!", will you be ready to perform?
Mike Pniewski has been a successful actor for more than 40 years, working with some of the biggest stars in the world. He has appeared in 40+ movies and dozens of tv shows. And if there is one thing that succeeding in show businesses has taught him: it's how to thrive in a constantly changing environment. When you're constantly networking, preparing for a new job, working with new teams on a new set, and then having to move on once the work is done, you learn how to live with change. You even learn how to embrace it.

The chances of making a living as a paid actor are minuscule, but Mike has been doing it for over four decades. And as he built up his resiliency, his mindset and various other tools that helped him survive (or rather thrive) in show business, he realized that these same tools can benefit leaders and contributors in any organization. Drawing on a wealth of knowledge about thriving in times of change, quickly adapting to team dynamics, career strategy and more, Mike helps his clients identify and fight for the future they dream of having.

There is power in the story you tell. Every challenge is a story we can rewrite, if we only take the chance to analyze the characters, the stakes and the pieces at play.
